when you click for the View more Emoticons.... and the pop up comes up... after electing a smily.. they freeze for me, (no more animation).. is this just me, so a problem :?: :?:

thats how ie works ;)

just refresh and they will animate again.

There is a fix for that :roll: You can download it somewhere from the mods section of phpbb

It has to do with the fact the javascript doing the insert is in the HREF instead of in th onClick

btw doesnt just happen with animated icons from View more Emoticons. Also if you click one of the base emoticons

well, i've seen it outside phpbb as well, so it isn't just phpbb.

and I am not going to install any fix... :p

I know it's a html/javascript issue. If u call a javascript the wrong way (through a href) the browser thinks a new page is going to be loaded and stops moving animated gifs
